The Hostel has 2, 3 and 4 bed private rooms available to couples, friends and families. To book a private room you are required to pay for all beds in the room.

Terms & Conditions

Cancelation

Cancelling your reservation may result in the following fees:

  • Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival: 25 %
  • Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50 %
  • Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival: 75 %
  • Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100 %

Percentage charged on total booking value.
In the case of premature departure or late arrival, you will be charged for the entire reservation.


Payment conditions

Without Reservation

The Total amount must be paid upon check-in. We accept cash in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (&euro) and we also accept credit cards.

With Reservation

For bookings over Booking.com

At the moment when we receive the reservation we charge 50% on your Credit Card, the other 50% plus optional extras like breakfast is to pay upon Arrival.

For bookings over Hostelworld.com and Hostelbookers.com

Reservation through Hostelworld or Hostelbookers incurs a 10% reservation fee. The remainder of the booking rate (plus optional extras - like breakfast) is to pay upon arrival.

For Group bookings (over 10 people)

When the e-mail reservation is accepted and confirmed you have 10 days to make a transfer of 50% of the total booking amount to our bank account or we can charge your Credit Card via the linked form (Credit Card Payement Form) and fill in your details, sign and send it back to us by fax (+41 27 968 19 15), post or e-mail.
The second 50% has to be paid within 2 weeks of arrival by bank transfer to our account or by Credit Card through the formentioned Credit Card Payement Form.

If we do not get the payments in time, we reserve us the right to resell the beds (without refund).
